What formats are there?
Every topic area is available in four depths: a briefing as a keynote or half-day workshop, an intensive with 2 to 3 days on site, a journey with 4 to 10 days on site plus online support, and Executive Sparring as 1:1 coaching.
Can I have an informal conversation first?
Yes. In a short 20 to 30 minute info call we clarify your needs, goals and the right format, with no obligation.
Do you also work with small teams?
Yes. From 1:1 coaching for individual leaders to programmes for teams of more than 50 people. Format and depth depend on your needs.
Can topic areas be combined?
Yes. Topics often build on each other: if leadership itself still talks about a change inconsistently, Management Alignment is the right starting point, followed by Change Communication for the organisation.
Can you adapt the programme to our situation?
Yes. We incorporate your strategy, existing materials, drafts, real situations and questions from your organisation.
How is confidentiality ensured?
Enquiries from leaders are handled exclusively by our executive management.
